Gentle outdoor support for grief, loss and change

Grief can make life feel unfamiliar and heavy. Quiet Clearing Wellbeing offers calm, non-clinical support through gentle connection with nature.

No fixing. No rushing. Just quiet support, outdoors.

What this offers

Quiet Clearing Wellbeing offers something different. Rather than focusing on talking or fixing, sessions create space for grief to be met with care. Time in nature provides steadiness when words feel hard to find.

What sessions are like

Sessions take place outdoors and are shaped around your needs, boundaries and energy on the day.

There is no pressure to talk, explain or move
towards an outcome. We walk slowly, pause
often and allow nature to support the process.

Who this is for

This support may be helpful if you are living with grief, loss or significant life change and want gentle support outside of a clinical setting.

You don't need to know what you need before getting in touch. We can begin with a conversation.

Boundaries and care

Quiet Clearing Wellbeing is not counselling or therapy. It can sit alongside other support, including counselling or medical care.

If additional or specialist support is needed, this will be encouraged with care.
